Health - Elementary School
Our elementary health curriculum is woven directly into Physical Education through weekly health topics. Each concept is introduced, revisited, and reinforced multiple times throughout the year so students can build a deeper understanding and apply healthy habits in age-appropriate ways. By integrating health with movement, students make meaningful connections between physical activity and lifelong wellness. This approach supports not only physical health, but also social and emotional well-being, giving children the tools they need to make healthy choices every day.
